Dive into the potential of your force production and ranges of mobility. Discover what areas of your body and core may be lacking engagement and connectivity needed when training static holds such as front and back lever, muscle ups, elbow levers, dragon squats, sissy squats and more.

Learn how to use just the floor, outside environment and gym equipment for bodyweight and weighted body movements. We will play with our limits and each other as we understand how to spot our weaknesses in self and training partners or clients. We lead with appropriate body zone warm-ups, into progressions and regressions in core/mobility unique to each students level of fitness and movement understanding.

Throughout picking up on student’s mobility needs, coaching appropriate drills needed before moving further into a strength based progression. Ensuring connective tissue safety and making full correct engagement as to not develop any imbalances with tension.
