Ian MacLeod is from the USA and has been in the fitness industry for 7 years. He is motivated to inspire people to do the things that inspire them; helping others to achieve maximum potential. His training/education comes from some of the top professionals in Gymnastic Strength Training, Olympic Weight Lifting, Strength and Conditioning, and Body Composition Training.
He is driven by the potential of growing the human body and helping people become the best version of themselves. His approach to performance training is focused on working on the body from the inside-out to fully prepare the mind and body for long healthy life.
Co - Founder / Coach
Jonson is a lifelong athlete who represented his state in ten pin bowling during high school, was a competitive basketball player and represented his university in volleyball. Having a passion for business, life, health, and fitness, he started coaching in 2010.
Having learned from top professionals in Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastic Strength Training, program design, life coaching and many more, he is currently a leading fitness coach in Malaysia and had competed in Crossfit for 6 years. His goal as a fitness coach is to inspire and empower individuals to live a larger life.
