Gymnastic Strength Training Classes
Fundamentals will develop the foundational movements necessary for increasing strong body awareness, encouraging athletes to focus on each joint & muscle to develop a stronger body.
Shoulder Prep will develop the upper body that is essential for a well-rounded strong mobile body by building full 360º strength and mobility.
Hip Prep will be a challenging experience that relies heavily on body weight as resistance through a variety of hip circuits and mobility drills, using small and controlled movements with high reps.
Legs will be dedicated to the lower half, focusing on hip mobility, knee series and ankle mobility & strength, giving you a full training session that will build a greater lower body.
Drive will boost your heart rate and prepare you for greater results by increasing the overall effectiveness of all abilities in strength training and benefits of long lasting health.
Flexibility focuses on deep, controlled stretching of your muscles, ligaments and joints; as we work up to a specific mobility element: Front Splits, Middle Splits (pancake) and Thoracic Bridge (wheel).

Gymnastics Conditioning Essentials
Gymnastics Conditioning Essentials is a full body, rapidly-changing high-intensity circuit workout developed to test your stamina and coordination with various movements constructed to improve your strength and skills. *
Gymnastics (Intermediate) will break down the advanced techniques involved with high levels of tumbling, handstands, ring and bar work. **
Handstand Intro will build confidence being upside-down, giving you all the tools to take your position from a plank to a full handstand with proper form, by bringing body awareness to the forefront.
Handstand Conditioning will challenge your form, technique and endurance with a class designed to keep you feeling the effects of conditioning and strengthening the core, shoulders, legs, forearms, hands and wrists.
Handstand (Intermediate) will take you through every aspect of a strong and stable handstand with movements to improve your wrists, handstand endurance & balance, obliques and single arm strength among other advanced techniques. **
Rings Intro builds the solid foundation needed for serious upper body strength and strict muscle-ups, taking you through the drills and techniques to build both bent & straight arm strength. *
