Nirvana Strength Educational Collective: A 3 Day Educational Experience on “Performance Optimization for Your Life”

The Global Wellness Institute defines wellness as the active pursuit of activities, choices, and lifestyles that lead to a state of holistic health.
The WHO defines health as a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

So how do we as individuals help shift the system from a Medical paradigm that focuses on treating illnesses and injury, corrective in nature and that has led us to a state of poor health; to a Wellness paradigm that maintains and improves health, is preventative and that leads us to an optimal state of well being.

Nirvana Strength Educational Collective is a 3-day educational intensive with 20+ speakers from a broad range of backgrounds in the wellness industry. Each speaker will present the topic according to their area of expertise. During the live seminar, they will share ideas, information, knowledge, also provide some tips for practical application to the audience.
