Olympic Weightlifting Classes
Olympic weightlifting is a registered sport that incorporates the use of two independent lifts which require the athlete to lift a loaded barbell from the floor to an overhead position in an explosive manner. The Essential Power-based exercises that will enhance your athletic performance by their biomechanical characteristics of high force and power output . These exercises will develop your strength, coordination, power and natural athleticism.
