Gymnastic Strength Training Classes
Fundamentals will develop the foundational movements necessary for increasing strong body awareness, encouraging athletes to focus on each joint & muscle to develop a stronger body.
Shoulder Prehab will develop the upper body that is essential for a well-rounded strong mobile body by building full 360º strength and mobility.
Hip Prehab will be a challenging experience that relies heavily on body weight as resistance through a variety of hip circuits and mobility drills, using small and controlled movements with high reps.
Legs will be dedicated to the lower half, focusing on hip mobility, knee series and ankle mobility & strength, giving you a full training session that will build a greater lower body.
Drive will boost your heart rate and prepare you for greater results by increasing the overall effectiveness of all abilities in strength training and benefits of long lasting health.
Flexibility focuses on deep, controlled stretching of your muscles, ligaments and joints; as we work up to a specific mobility element: Front Splits, Middle Splits (pancake) and Thoracic Bridge (wheel).
