All of our classes are led by an experienced coach and beginner-friendly. Each of the coaches will adapt to your fitness level and is committed to providing you with the #NirvanaExperience during your session with us!

Gymnastic Strength

Build up your baseline level of strength, mobility, and flexibility primarily through body weight-based exercises. Everyone from beginners to advanced individuals can focus on using progressions, to increase relative strength, strength endurance, mobility, proprioception, kinesthetic awareness, and more.

Joint PreHab

Joint Prehab will develop the Wrists, Elbows, Ankles, and Knees that are essential for a well-rounded strong mobile body by building towards full mobility

Shoulder PreHab

Shoulder Pre – Hab will develop the upper body that is essential for a well-rounded strong mobile body by building full 360º strength and mobility.

Hip PreHab

Hip Pre – Hab will be a challenging experience that relies heavily on body weight as resistance through a variety of hip circuits and mobility drills, using small and controlled movements with high reps.


Flexibility focuses on deep, controlled stretching of your muscles, ligaments and joints; as we work up to a specific mobility element: Front Splits, Middle Splits (pancake) and Thoracic Bridge (wheel).

Strength & Conditioning

A session that brings you metabolic conditioning to increase lean muscle and decrease body fat, paired with exercises that engage multiple muscle groups.


A session that puts a strong emphasis on proper form and technique whilst providing you a safe option to keep things challenging as you build strength overtime. Master the basic lifts and achieve optimal fitness in a short amount of time.


Legs will be dedicated to the lower half, focusing on hip mobility, knee series and ankle mobility & strength, giving you a full training session that will build a greater lower body.


Handstand Intro will build confidence being upside-down, giving you all the tools to take your position from a plank to a full handstand with proper form, by bringing body awareness to the forefront.

Skill: Levers

By doing the front lever, your entire torso functions collectively, rather than twisting and collapsing under pressure. You also build exceptional strength in the back muscles, such as the lats, rhomboids, and spinal erectors. The abs benefit from this too!

Muscle up

The muscle-up is a calisthenics-based strength training exercise that combines the pull-up and dip either on the rings or bar. This class will work on the specific components of pushing, pulling and technique to progress towards completing and mastering the full Muscle-Up movement.


Martial arts are codified systems and traditions of combat practiced for a number of reasons such as self-defense; military and law enforcement applications; competition; physical, mental, and spiritual development; entertainment; and the preservation of a nation’s intangible cultural heritage.

Tai Chi Martial Arts

Originating from Chen Village in Henan Province, China, Chen style Tai chi Chuan (taijiquan) is the oldest form of Tai Chi. It is the root of all other styles of taichichuan. Chen style taichi practical method combines both fast and slow , stillness and movements, Stretching and Contraction of the muscles, tendon, fasciaes.


Capoeira is an art of moving the whole body as one unit. It is rooted in a Afro- Brazilian cultural tradition, integrating various elements into it, martial arts, acrobatic, agility, coordination, and sense of rhythm. It is the perfect playground/training system to get a absolute fitness.

Sunrise Power Yoga

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced yoga class that targets the deep connective tissues –ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks.

Fly High Yoga

Fly High Yoga is an aerial yoga style rooted in the training and traditions of yoga practice. It is a valuable practice that combined with the use of the Fly High Yoga belt can help people improve their yoga skills in a supported and safe way.

Therapeutic Yin

This style of yoga “restores” the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function, which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal, and restore balance. Especially recommended for people with acute or chronic injuries

M.I.A Yoga

Not your typical yoga class. Myofascial Integrated Alignment is a holistic approach to sequencing vinyasa yoga with the primary focus of restoring healthy natural alignment by balancing myofascial meridians (tension lines of muscles and fascia.)

Acro Yoga

Did you ever dream of doing gymnastics as a kid? This class is for you. Partner Acrobatics is for everyone, it's an exchange of skills between two people, a base and a flyer. If you’re an avid mover, or you’re looking to learn new skills, this class will build your foundational skills for Acro.
