* Require to attend minimum 1 Snatch or Clean & Jerk Intro prior to attending this class. Please bring clean training shoes to be used during the strength, snatch and C&J classes.

** We require a test in for higher level classes. This ensures that our level system is effective and our coaches are teaching to the appropriate level for our students which keeps our classes safe and fun for everyone.

Test In Requirements**

– 60-second handstand against the wall

– 60 second Hollow Body Hold

– 5 reps handstand kick-ins against the wall (decent form)

– Standing pike fold with hands flat behind heels

– 30 – second┬átop support on the rings

– 1 dead-hang chin up to a 20-second chin up hold

– 3 Full Range Dips
